Accommodation prices in Viscri

Viscri 9 sets its prices so that as many people as possible can have an authentic experience in the village and return. We aim to maximise occupancy, not revenue per guest.

In concrete terms, in 2026 this means prices starting from 400 lei for our budget-friendly room. We know that many of our guests are used to paying considerably more. But we also know that for other people, the decision to set aside a budget for a mini-break was not an easy one.

At Viscri 9, no one is just anyone, and we want to make the conversation about price a non-issue.

Because it is precisely this mix of different people who visit us that makes our work more meaningful. Of course we could cut prices further and give up the good coffee, the verbena soap, the furniture that could sell at auction, or any of the small things that are in fact important. But we believe where we are now is a good middle ground.
